Janice H. Legters, CEO

 

 

 

 

 

Janice Legters is a seasoned leader with over 20 years work experience in the areas of service delivery, operations management, sales management, risk management and P&C insurance. Ms. Legters' ability to manage relationships and provide leadership without sacrificing her genuine concern and support for staff and clients makes her a truly outstanding professional.

Ms. Legters began her career in the ASO/PEO arena in 1995, serving as the Director of Operations and Sales for an ASO that also brokered for the PEO industry. During that time Ms. Legters became a Florida licensed 220 P&C agent. Her passion and understanding of the industry made her a quick student and natural leader.

Joining the PEO industry exclusively in 2002, Ms. Legters held the position of General Manager for a Florida based PEO, servicing 13,000 employees that consistently ranked in the top 50 PEO's of Florida. During that time Ms. Legters was a major contributor to the launch and development of a Florida based Workers Compensation carrier, where she served as a board member and executive.
Continuing in the PEO industry, in 2007 Ms. Legters joined the team at a top 20 Florida PEO, as Vice President of Sales servicing 22,000 employees. During this time, Ms. Legters managed a sales force expansion effort directed at increasing the client base, expanding the geographical footprint and diversifying the product offering.

In 2011 Ms. Legters expanded into the HRO industry responsible for managing the delivery of multi-national payroll, time and attendance, benefits, human capital management, and contact center services; ultimately accountable for key performance indicators and service level metrics. Ms. Legters' business acumen is further highlighted by her ability to orchestrate, contribute, and communicate with client executives and vendor management resources to align and deliver services to meet strategic initiatives for over $10 million dollars in revenue.

2012 brought an exciting new venture for Ms. Legters, as founder and CEO of Peoples Payroll, LLC a full service ASO.  Recently adding Prosperity PEO to our services, employers will have a one stop solution for all their employee administration needs.

 

Marian Graham, Payroll Manager

Marian Graham brings 20+ years of payroll experience to the Prosperity team.  Ms Graham also commands a wealth of expertise in effective management for small businesses, having owned and operated a restaurant for over 20 years.  This knowledge allows her to serve as the perfect liaison with Prosperity clients as Payroll Manager. 

Her areas of specialization are implementation and customer service. From payroll processing to management, Marian has brought her knowledge and service skills to our team to ensure our clients receive the excellent service that we believe is the number one ingredient to a successful partnership. Clients agree there is no one better!

Judith Bower, Payroll Specialist

Ms. Bower joined Prosperity PEO as an executive assistant and payroll processor after assisting her husband in their construction business for the past 20 years in business administration.

There, her role included processing payroll, vendor management, AP and AR.   Her attention to detail and organizational skills are second to none and Prosperity is pleased to include her as a member of their outstanding team of professionals!
